I am having issues with my Telus Rewards Visa gift cards. I had ordered $300 in Visa cards with my points. When I tried using them at multiple retailers they kept declining. After contacting Telus they suggest I contact myprepaidcentre.com and they suggested reactivating. Still same issue. myprepaidcentre then directed me back to Telus. Eventually Telus let me know these could only be used at the Telus store. I tried the local Telus store and they kept declining. I tried a second Telus store, same issue. This time they informed me it only works at non franchised locations. I went to two more locations and got declined at those as well. Now the cards are expired and I feel I put in sufficient effort to make these things work. The online chat was unable to help and kept getting disconnected. Does anyone know how I can get in touch with the rewards team directly? Is there any way to recover these cards or points? Thank you for your help!
