Urgently need to cancel mobility services, cannot make or accept phone call

Please help! I’ve relocated to Norway and need to cancel my Telus mobility contract, I’m aware I’ll need to pay a multitude of fees to leave the contract early but I need to get it sorted ASAP and the web chat just prompts a phone call. I must remain on aeroplane mode

While your devuce is in Airplane Mode, connect to WiFi and wait for WiFi Calling to enable.  Then you can call 611 from your device.
