This is getting ridiculous, what kind of technical staff do you guys have, if you can’t even fix the rewards page for over two weeks????? It’s not working for me, and I have called ten family members they can’t access the rewards page either

Anyone else? I click on a 2023 bill, and my browser shows the file coming in, but nothing downloads. January 2024 bill downloads just fine, same browser, same session. I need my November & December 2023 bills.
Telus Rewards if you redeem a gift card does it have an expirey date
