Resolved! I keep getting calls

I keep getting calls from 888 811 2323. There will be a few seconds of silence, sometimes I say hello? I never get an answer but they quickly hang up. I tried calling the number and it was Telus support? Why is this happening?

Can't post in forum

Greetings, I'm trying to post in the Internet & Home Phone forum, but I keep getting an error message saying "The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.". How do I contact the administrator? Thanks,Shane.

I had an older account with Telus, and in time I combined all my cell phones under one account. In error I accidentally made a bill payment to my older account. I contacted Telus, and this older account being under my spouses name, they wouldn’t help...

change from 2 year plan

I am on a 2 year plan for internet and Optik tv for about $165/month. I am having difficulty paying this at this moment and need to reduce my Telus bill substantially. Does anyone have any history with Telus on this subject?Thanks.
