Anyone??

Telus forgot to add my easy payment to my account years ago, no notice no phone call no nothing. All I got was a letter from COLLECTIONS for $2200 

I have repeatedly called Telus to figure out what is going on and they can’t tell me anything other than I have no overdue balance on their end. 
I have talked to collections and their response is I need to figure it out with Telus. 
this has been going on for years now.

Im fed up with my credit score being affected by this, it wasn’t my fault. I didn’t agree to pay the entirety upfront when I signed the contract,.. how can they ask for it when they make a mistake? 

I am sorry Telus forgot to add the easy payment to my account but they could have at least given me a chance to pay for it before sending me to collections.

Who is wrong? So far you are. 

Sounds like you bought something and expected monthly payments to pay for it. Collections asking for full amount was your first clue that you owe since you have not made any payments.

No. Actually I was making my regular monthly payment all along without fail.
All of a sudden I get a letter in the mail from collections.

That is the way I found out I was in collection’s.
I paid every dollar amount I was charged each month, to get a collections letter stating I was there for non payment to Telus, when Telus themselves stated they didn’t have any outstanding balance for me.

Global TV just ran the same issue and Anne Drewal? got it eliminated with an apology. Their bills went back to 2003. They also did not have an outstanding balance and paid regularly.
