Hi,
I was a Koodo customer and had Streaming + Basic with that account. Then last month I switched to Telus Mobility and got a new phone. I then went with Telus's Streaming + Premium. I was able to activate Disney+ and Netfix (this one was new to me though). But I cannot activate Amazon Prime and the Telus TV is still set up from the Koodo setup.
This is the message I get when I try to activate Amazon Prime. So right now I think I am on my own Prime membership from when I had it before I started the Koodo streaming+. At that time when I activated the Koodo's Amazon Prime I had a message stating that my Prime membership I had would pause until I cancel the Koodo's membership. But this time with Telus Amazon Prime, I do not get that message, I get the message below.
The Koodo membership was finished on Feb. 27 and I still cannot activate Prime.
Anyone have an idea as to how to activate this? I have Amazon Prime membership until the end of April and then I need to renew it. So if I pause it manually, it will not pause until the end of April.

Hi bobd. Their solution was to cancel your Amazon Prime and then try to activate through Telus. But with my account on Prime, I only have a cancel option and it does not cancel right away. Mine won't cancel until April 24, 2025. I hope you can cancel your Prime.

Hi bobd. I meant to say that I only have a pause membership option but it does not pause right away. Mine will not pause until April 24, 2025. I hope you have the cancel membership with your Amazon Prime.
