Device return emails

In your emails regarding the return of devices, it would be extremely helpful if you included the actual name of the device being returned (for example, iPhone 16, Galaxy Watch Ultra, etc.), in addition to the internal TELUS request number indicated in the subject line of your email.

By including the device name, it would make it very clear and concise for the end customer to understand what the email is about, particularly when it takes the span of several days to move the return from pending to approved status. This small change could significantly enhance clarity and reduce any confusion, reduce follow up calls to your customer services line and, ultimately, lead to a smoother return process for all involved.
