Upgraded my phone from iPhone 11 to the iPhone 16 and having login issues with the MyTelus app. I can log in no problem on the Safari browser but when entering the exact same credentials into the app to log in, it is saying incorrect username or password - which I know isn’t the case because I JUST logged in on Safari. I’ve called and spoke with support, they reset my account and sent a brand new invite but still not working. Anyone else experiencing this and how can I fix it?

Since you've already reset your account and received a new invite, and you're able to log in via Safari, the issue may be related specifically to the My TELUS app itself on the new device. A few things you can try if you haven’t already:

Thanks for your reply,
I have deleted and reinstalled the app
My phone is updated to the latest iOS
I am typing everything manually and no passwords are saved
I am still having trouble logging in.

Unfortunately, when I called the representative was not sure what to do. I feel like calling again would be a waste of my time and the representative.
