Home view camera outdoor and doorbell not working since I bought the plan . Cameras are not finding wifi . Reset button doing nothing. Called 100 time to Telus service but they put on hold for hours . Tired and frustrated now . I believe complaint to CRTC is my next step now .

I'm having exactly the same issue. Super unhappy with the camera in general.
