I wanted to cancel it last year this time, but was told a big penalty fee because my contract was automatically extended to the next year, 2025.
So I waited till now to cancel it before it automatically extends my contract again.
My question is: Is there a way to cancel it online, or by emailing? I want to avoid the trouble and time calling Telus customer services.
