I need my system cancelled immediately. The fire alarm has gone off 4 times now with no smoke or fire. Each time the fire department is dispatched. Saturday evening I opened my door and the fire alarm went off at the panel. I put in my code right away. No phone call again and here comes the fire department. Now I have a 400.00 ticket to pay. I called and spoke to someone who filed my request but said they would have a manager call me. They also informed me that I would have to pay the remaining months off as I was breaking the terms of service. I said they broke it my installing a **** system and no proper follow up or service. I was told I would have a call today at noon with a manager and no call. Oh my father got called by Telus at 1:00 am about a fire alarm. That was 2 hours after the initial call. What a joke system and worse follow up. Case number is 1242213.

You should start by unplugging power and disconnecting WIFI, disconnect smoke detector. I believe there is a battery inside, not sure of access to it.
Then you will not have a 5th fire department call out. Good luck getting it resolved in the meantime, it obviously is not working as it should.
