I recently became a Telus customer . Out family was offered an outdoor camera ( n/c) upon becoming a Telus mobility customer .
10.00 a month - camera was free of charge
2 year commitment. Can cancel wishing the first 30 days .
We received the camera , never installed the app or camera , called Telus immediately and returned the camera new in box immediately via Canada post as Telus instructed .
I called Telus home and safely after receiving a bill for 36.24 explaining we were not going to use this service .
we’ve just received another bill with a new charge of 171.90 for camera repayment .
I ask questions regarding monthly costs and hidden fees . I didn’t want the camera , but was encouraged to try this service .
I regretted this decision and possibly moving to Telus .
