Is there anyone have the same kind of service problem?
I started My SmartHome security plan in August, After installation of the devices, I found that the technician did not leave security decals and lawn signs. I tried many times to call back to the customer service to get those windows stickers and lawn sign. Customer service told me over the phone that they can send those things back to my house but never receive anything. It's so disappointment. And it's a very annoying process to get someone (real person!) to respond. There's no online chat nor direct email contact that can reach Telus. Or am I too stupid to get help using ways other than phone calls (it's really frustrating to wait long time for someone to pick up the phone)?
