Telus door lock

My wesiser door lock shows unlocked on my app when I lock remotely or via keypad but door is locked. Please help is frustrating Thanks

@JacekK Can you try some of the suggestions in this older thread to see if it might help? It's not the exact same issue but the suggestions can help just the same.
