myAdt authentication code

Hi,

 

I am a newjoiner to Telus Home Security and just received my first invoice. It mentioned that to set up pre-authorized payment, I would have to sign in to myAdt.ca

 

After signing in, it said to enter the authentication code but I never received the code on my phone nor email. As far I am aware, I have not set up myAdt account before either. I can access alarm.com website and app without any issues.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble setting up your pre-authorized payments through myADT.ca. If you're not receiving the authentication code, it's possible that the contact details on file may need to be updated or confirmed.

Since you can access Alarm.com without issues, that's a good sign your system is active. For help setting up your myADT account and ensuring you're receiving verification codes properly,  send us a private message with your preferred contact info and time.
