We are new to Telus, and have found out internet shuts down multiple times a day. any thoughts on how to fix this?

Router cuts out.Affects both wireless and hard wired things.Turns out… we were given the wrong modem. A new one will be installed on Friday. Hopefully that will fix the issue.Thanks!Sent from my iPhone
