This is getting very frustrating! We've been having an ongoing issue with our Telus Optic 4K box. The are recordings are not being recorded, or if they are recorded, they skip and stall during playback. Every time I've looked online for an answer It ...
About 5 days ago we added Hayu to our Optik TV package.  Hayu has been down for maintenance the whole time since we added it. Is it worth it to wait 2 hours with customer service to try and get a credit for the time it's been down?
Is there a way to have the channels we receive all grouped together on the TV guide so that we don't have to scroll through hundreds of channels?
