Need sales to call

Still need sales to call.  They have not called.  So we are getting billed for services we dont need.  That is not right.

 

From Telus selling us crippled phones, to not being able to manage our accounts.   Terrible service.   Can I please, please have sales call me.  I need to cancel lines.  I am not going to pay for lines you will not allow us to cancel.

You should be able to submit a callback request via the My TELUS app. Simply log in, and on the overview page you should be able to scroll down and see a green 'Go to Support Requests' button. Select that, and you should see some categories, and you can select 'Account management' which will lead to a form to fill out. That form will go to the correct team who will reach out to you. Once submitting, you'll also get a confirmation number to track the progress of your request, which you can do in the app as well.

Not at all helpful.   As stated, Autodialers are blocked.  Industry standard.  Callback features will NOT work.  Need sales to call please.
