yesterday
So, telus is at it again. I needed a new phone and sim for a new employee. I went down to the telus store and the same result. They cannot do anything about selling SIMs or Phones. They informed me there was an issue with the account. She did give me a sim so that I could activiate it under our Business account. (Even though everyone knows you cannot)
I took the sim, an no phone, went back to the office, and tried to activate. Of course you cannot. So, onto the business chat. Long story short, The chat gentleman said "Business services are down, so pretty much screwed"
I cannot get a hold of telus business, support, etc. Matter of fact, the Chat gentleman said that I would be contacted by a representative in the next hour. That never happens. (I have the chat logs)
What does a business have to do to get proper telus services ? I bought a Rodgers plan just to make due when TELUS fails like this. This is painful and probably illegal in some manner.
I have asked this time and time again, but I will ask again. What do we have to do to have a simple business rep ?
Please advise soonest. We are considering other options than telus.
Cheers!

I would really like to get our employees the equipment they need, but Telus is not interested. Please help.
