I got my phone activated on Friday and the same night I got suspended due to suspicious activity. I called online support and they had me email documents to fraudfax@telus.com it's been almost 5 days now and haven't received any response from fraudfax@telus.com not even a confirmation... How long will they take to reply to my email if it doesn't get fixed by the 26th my phone gets cancelled and I have to pay the by back fee
You'd need to speak with our Fraud Management team directly about that. Their direct number is 1-866-493-3414. In terms of payment, if your documents were all sent in, surely the situation will be resolved without forcing a fee.
