I have just signed up for 2 year term for my internet plan and the specialist loyalty agent said that I will get email regarding the contract. But I have never seen email for that contract. Is that usual?

If they called you expect to be billed higher than you expected.

Things have changed in two years. Thanks, I am months away from renew or move on, so will make sure the contract is sent, and read before agreement.

Actually, I have to wait for 24-48 hrs to showed up on MyTelus app. It solved now. Thanks!

I don't know about the app, but you can view your service agreement any time via logging into your account:
https://www.telus.com/my-telus/my-profile/agreements
(log in > Billing > scroll to the very bottom of the page and there is a text link)
I called to renew today and was not sent a PDF, either.

In BC you can cancel a contract within 10 days after receiving it. Ask for it?
Therefore, get the best deal and then go online, download and read the contract when it is posted and save it with the date received.
But I will still never agree to anything when they, the phone solicitors call me, that is when you get burned. I call them or I go into My Telus account and self serve.
