I recently moved into my new condo and I cannot login to Telus tv via android phone or google tv. I get an error "ERR_AGL_ACN_3545". I have verified my login and password is correct as I am able to log in to the billing app no problem. Please assist.

I think there is a ticket open and has been escalated. There didn't seem to be an issue with the app installation on my phone and there didn't seem to be a user fixable solution based on the troubleshooting steps we went through.
