I had my Internet cancelled today and the return equipment instructions gave me a return ID # and said to give that to Canada Post and they will print a waybill.
Is this the best way to return the equipment? I've heard a waybill will be emailed but I haven't received one. I tried to download one online by providing my account # but it didn't work.
