I discovered this when I requested a move to a new address. It turned out that it was not so easy to move me because I had “home security service” hanging over me.
When I got home after creating the request, there was no internet at my old address. I created another application, and then my transfer to the new address was canceled, and they promised to call me back the next day. No call back.
I decided to wait for the move and do the internet, and your outsourced agent assured me that the only way for me to get internet was to terminate my contract and create a new one (outright lie?). And then, because I had a discounted “home security service” on me, they put the same service on me, but without the discount, informing me that I couldn't cancel it. And the base price of the Internet became 5 dollars more, which I was not told about either.
