Up until today I have been able to PVR on both these channels (before and after they disappeared and then showed back up again earlier this year).
Wondering why this is happening. With shift work I PVR a lot and definitely missing this today.

Hi @ONTLLs1 @Dover13 @Samurai44 @Pamjoan74
The affected channels are all part of the recent licensing changes between Corus and Rogers. These channels have been on Free Preview for a few months since Rogers made them available to TELUS customers, but that free preview has now come to end. If you do not subscribe to or pay for these channels, you will not be able to record on them. You will also lose access to them. You can check or update your TV packaging/combos at telus.com/mytelus or on the my TELUS app.
If you do subscribe to these channels and are still not able to record after rebooting your equipment, please drop a note here so that someone can look into it. The themepack that includes Food, HGTV and Magnolia is 'Design and Dine', the themepack that includes Discovery, Investigation Discovery and Bravo is 'Discovery and Reality'.
On a side note, you can find the make and model of your Optik TV equipment on the underside.

I just tried recording on both channels and it worked. You will probably have to contact Telus.

Hi @Dover13 @ONTLLs1 @Pamjoan74
What equipment are you trying to record on? I just tried on iOS, Web, Fire TV and my TELUS TV Digital Box (model TELUSTV-24S) and was able to record on all of them.

Interesting, Where do I find my model for my digital box!
I currently can't reset it, cuz I am watching (on pause Food Network) so don't have to watch commercials, (the reason, we record)
I will try it ! But I am looking into Rogers Infinity,
Been with Telus for years, but if they keep screwing up with these channels, I am gone!

Hello,
I have checked my packages on my May 14th bill and there is no change in their description so shall I assume that the reason I still have HGTV, Bravo and Food Network is because I had them before and you have grandfathered them into my old/existing package with no change to the package names? Secondly, I have checked my OD system again and I can't find any of those networks. If I search for say Rock the Block, it shows up under 'live tv' but under search it does not show under OD either. So it's not as if those networks are under a different OD category, they just aren't there.

I've checked internally and Rock the Block does appear under our On Demand section. We'll send you a private message to assist

can’t find answers on Telus site but wondering if anyone else is unable to view channel 332? It’s been down since yesterday but not seeing any reported outages?

Bravo was on a free preview for a while that just ended. Please see the reply by @KHR above, thanks.
