I’m having trouble with Telus(home internet ) unable to move to my new location within the same city , could you please help ? I have already had a technician visit who confirmed there is no fiber drop and they had placed another technician visit who never happened to come yet . Please can you cancel my service if you are unable to install internet at my new location within. Can’t keep waiting for long hours on phone to get internet activated at my new location
