So, we got talked into taking the Streaming+ bundle but Netflix still has ads.
We’re ok with Prime Video, and we received an email saying the Netflix premium plan is in place through the Partner Telus.
Any idea what we’re missing here?

Stream+ has two tiers, Basic and Premium. It sounds like you may still be on the Basic tier, though you did mention that you got an email saying it was the Premium tier. What does it show when you log in to your My TELUS?

It shows Netflix Premium. Here’s a screenshot.
How can we fix this? Netflix Premium shows up fine on my iPad, but not the tv.
