It seemed simple enough, seemed my internet plan expired and the cost was out of control, I was being billed at $170 a month for internet 75. Brutal. So I tried to change online to no avail, and so I entered the dark world of the phone call. Surprisingly, it was quickly answered, but my dream of getting an internet account that was affordable was not! My options were, add on a tv package, add on a home security package or add a home phone, else I $170 a month. I wanted zero of those services because I don't need them or already have them. Plus you have to sign a 3 year contract for the optional services and a 2 year for the internet. Anyway, I have lost 2 hours of my life and after 25 years of telus I am voting myself off the island. Anyone have a better suggestion for internet haha.
