More than 1.15 hour I am waiting for compliant for home internet is not working ........really need to improve in customer service

Im in the same boat my friend. Internet has been out since 3am Saturday morning and have tried everything including hard reseting the modem. On hold for 30 minutes and I expect it to be much longer.
