My Sony Bravia TVs finished the latest update and now the digital boxes are in the blink. The TV screen is just white out. All seems good with the TV every other function works so I believe the digital boxes are no longer compatible. Looking for a fix for this of anyone has had the same issue. Unplugged the Telus box and now it won’t even sync back to the modem ??? Pls help.

This isn’t the experience we want for you. Please try the following steps: Power cycle your digital box and modem — unplug both for 30 seconds, then plug the modem back in first and wait for it to fully reconnect before plugging in the digital box.
