Why does Telus bother to provide service? We have spent countless hours on the phone with Telus over many years and their service is atrocious. Today I spent1.5 hours on the phone with a Telus rep to fix three problems; one of which we had called about four times already. Guess what? He fixed none of them. I don't think he had a clue. I have heard Telus only cares about sales to new customers. They purposely frustrate you with service because it hurts the bottom line. . My advice to all is to ditch Telus.
