I am an EPP member and have 5G+ Premium mobility plan. However I am not able to access the $25 stream+ pricing for 2 years. the order only shows the $5 discount.
has anyone else had this issue and know how to resolve it.?

I have a similar issue. After speaking with Client services, it was suggested that I cancel my current Stream plus premium plan in order for the $25 stream plus premium plan to show up and be able to add on. But it’s still not available to add.

Now I see the option to add the Stream Plus Premium at the $25 promo price, but I have to wait until my current cancelled plan expires. Thanks.

former customer service rep, 1st customer service needs to check if current offer. next they can try to fix. if they can't they check if it's a known billing issue. they then follow the resolve process, if no resolution they do up a case they then give you the case number, if new billing issue they have a procedure for new issues
