We switched to Telus internet today. All has been good until tonight we tried to watch Netflix or Disney on the tv but it says no internet connection
We already tested the internet, checks connections and we know the internet works and is connected because we can watch YouTube it’s just like streaming apps won’t recognize the connection? The wifi name and password were kept the same and we’ve reconnected tv to the wifi so why do these no longer work on tv (they are working on our phones so I know it isn’t an account issue).
