Frustrated with customer service

All I wanted to do was move my service on a future date. Instead, my internet got cancelled literally while I was on the phone with a Telus person about my move, and then after four hours on the phone, finally restored under suspicious circumstances. That was a couple weeks ago.

 

Today I found out there are three 1gb plans under my account and all for the same address. Bill is $500 when it used to be $99 a month. No idea why, no idea if my service is going to move with me next week. What new mishap will I encounter the next time I call? What new form of incompetence will I have to deal with next? What new charges on my account?
