I have tried numerous times to get 2 New Remotes as our Dog has chewed them up. I managed once to finally get them, but I need more and have called twice now , and they say they will send them but it doesn't happen, nor do I get a tracking number.
I don't understand why it is so difficult to get this done. Basically this has been ongoing since March.
I tried to reply to a similar post, but it won't let me, so I am sorry if it's a duplicate topic.

Have you tried taking the damaged remote to a Telus store for replacement?

Thanks for the reply but The Stores do not carry this remote. It has to be done contacting Telus. I just need a representative that knows how to do it.
They managed once to send them to me. But over 5 times not successful.
