Telus can’t get my address moved to a different unit in same building

I have had nothing but frustration since moving to Telus 2 months.

 

It took 3 weeks to get my actual internet line active in my unit because they couldn’t figure out how to enter my address in their system. It’s an 800 unit building, likely hundreds of Telus customers here.

 

 

Now a month later I am moving from Unit 1511 to Unit 1711 in the same apartment building. I call Telus support and the agent says they can’t enter my address in their system. I wait on hold for 2+ hours. They tell me that unfortunately their work shift is over for the day (Friday evening), but no worries, a Telus support technician will reach out within 24 hours on Saturday.

 

It’s now Sunday, almost Monday, no one has reached out. No internet still.

 

How can I escalate this to get this sorted?
