Any Hope for Dismall Download (Fibre?)

In Lethbridge - currently paying $120/mo for a 75GB download plan. No where close to 75gb download - generally about 35 gbs +/-. No fibre availability - is there any hope to stay with Telus, or am I doomed to switch to Shaw?
