TelusTV+ app

Is anyone else having an issue with TelusTv+ app? It won’t load on any device all of a sudden. I’ve redownloaded it and no luck. Stuck on connecting screen.

Telus tv issue on Apple TV

Hey there, this evening I discovered that my Telus tv app on my Apple TV boxes will not load into the application. It very recently appears to have updated the app. I’ve tried signing out and back in but it didn’t help. Any insight?

how do I open a port

Trying to open port. Went to Firewall -> Special Applications and then entered in the 2 ports ,I want to open, but it's asking me for a public port. What should I use as the public port?

Closed Captioning not working when playing back recordings

When I watch a recorded show the closed captioning never works. It is turned on. When I watch the same recording on my mobile app on the phone or using the website on a laptop, the closed captioning works for recorded shows. Any ideas?
