had a tech in to replace overheating modem and tv boxes also was suppose to have another out to replace faulty security system but the first tec drops the modem on the hard wood put good gouge in it installs used tv box dropped that too And won’t deal with the damage been on off phone all week trying to get this delt with befor next tech comes out got manager he just laughs pretty much and I said just cancel the security then he wants the main unit back 5 yrs on that security system or he will charge use I asked what about the floor been trying to get some where here he said would send an email link he didn’t but he did say I was rude and hung up after I canceled the security I will be canceling the tv and internet at end of term that equipment was 8 yrs old gets smoking hot had it swaped already for newer obviously used equipment but that manager Josh Disappointed the tech who damaged my floor and happy to cancel security fine but I’ll keep tv and internet for prof tech was here for damage he know too he also took picture beware of this if they ever damage anything watch them and should call police befor they can leave this was all in March 7-16. 2025. Telus pay for your techs damage !!

Oh I’ve sent plenty of messages my account is Kacy sibley (removed personal info). You guys do nothing just give ppl the run around i litrally spend 2-3 hrs per day trying to talk with someone about this and was laughed at lied to your team lies a lot so ….

Don’t worry telus Dosent deal with damage of the customers property only money so they definitely don’t give a hoot about the services boxes getting a spray boom make over that requires money going out ! Spray away kids Here’s the gouge there teck left after dropping the internet modem on my hardwood they won’t respond back or managers brush you off and they dropped the tv box that was used Greasy Telus snake in the grass way past 48 hrs

After they said I would not be charged to replace tv boxes and modem over the phone the tech fraudulently signed the bill after I said I would not an I have a 1000$ bill from them called in to dispute and was told I signed it and agreed but I dot not and have witness on top of that paid out of pocket to have the floor fixed telus is terrible they will lie bully u and never calls back and now the techs will just sign bills that’s fraud when the agreement expires in august I will never keep there service

They just give you the run around u can spend hrs days trying to resolve but will get no where I sent the bill in for the floor damage too , but the techs will just signing bills that’s fraud that’s a new low. Gp Alberta

The bill was for 850 to replace tv box’s and modem that would freez all day for a yr tech even said they were faulty then the 175 to come replace but I guess him damaging the floor this is his pay back to say we signed n the boxes were fine liar liar 🤥
