I booked appointment 3 time in March to install my Internet. 3 time the problem remain unchanged. Before the technician came, I already called to customer service to confirm the problem solved. But when technician came, the problem still there. Already a month, not yet solved the problem. Another issue, I booked to move home security, when technician came, the service is still in old address, may I know why I should book appointment to do? I am really sad about your service, you can inform me the service not yet ready , but you can’t just waste my time to stay home for nothing.
