Spoke to an agent yesterday and he gave me a great deal to upgrade from copper at my current address to fibre at the new address at the end of the month. Asked if my current Internet would continue to work until then and he said yes. All was fine, very happy.
noticed shortly after that my Internet stopped working. Figured he accidentally cancelled it early. Now on the phone with tech support for 2+ hours and he is telling me that my service was cancelled and I have to wait until my moving date. He is also totally unprofessional and unhelpful. Such a frustrating experience because I feel like I know more than the tech guy and the original agent assured me this would not happen.
what can I do? I need my service as I work from home.
