Help, Trying to have Telus undo their mistake when they deleted our email accounts.
we upgraded internet, instead of migrating they issued a cancellation. Which deleted our accounts. Holy smokes, trying to reach email team at Telus is impossible. It’s been 3 days since the ticket went in, 4 days of no emails. Not a supervisor or manager to take calls. Frustrating from a retired Telus employee perspective.
