So I was told plan is 35 $ a month and phone 52.00 a month they still have me on my old contract for samsung A54 I t was suppose to be cleared off and put on to samsung S25 Aultran and tallk text only what the heck is going on ?

Interesting, this Telus forum indicates that Telus is a bad spelling error. Hmmmm.... just like the corporation - a big error.

Forget about trying to communicate with the 'system'. Email Darren Entwistle again and ask for some proper support. If you read the forums, almost all the issues arise from a total lack of respect for their customers and a no responsibility for anything. My most recent issue was they stole a credit a I had in my account 'following their private policies and procedures'. After contacting the executive offices, they then bribed me by saying they would send me a cheque to cover the lost money. Theft and fraud but they have a monopoly so they do not care. I hope the check doesn't bounce.
