I placed an order online for a phone on March 27 and a plan as a new customer and TELUS charged my card for the price of what I chose but it hasn't gone through yet, I'm just wondering how long it will take we send all proof of adress not responding i send lots of email

Every email you send slows the process. At the moment, shipments are slowed, due to staffing issues, the usual 3 - 5 business days is now longer. March 28 is only 3 days ago.
