Has anyone heard back from price match requests from Black Friday?
EPP deals were available early so I bought in with the reassurance I could price match if something better came up -- it did, for Black Friday, so I submitted a price match request on December 3. Essentially I'm paying $17 a month for the iPhone 16, while the Black Friday deal was only $10 a month. Another friend who is on the exact same deal submitted and has already gotten his adjustment, but I haven't heard anything.
Anyone have any intel on how these decisions are made?

I’m having the same issue and called a few times to inquire and they only advised me to wait. It’s now over a month since the request is sent and my first bill have arrived.

Hello. I applied for price match for iPhone 16 on December 24. Price changer from 17 to 10. But still didn’t hear anything back. When I should get answer and what to do?

I just got an email back today saying my price request was denied!! The email just says “my account does not meet the criteria” and with no explanation.I will be calling about that as there’s no reason why it shouldn’t be. I submitted my request on the 30th though so hopefully within a few days you will hear about yours.

I believe they attempted to call me yesterday but the call didn’t connect and then failed. I’m hoping they try again today.
