Price Match request not processed

Phones purchased with Bring it Back on Nov 28 @ $17 a month @ Telus store.  Black Friday price changed Nov 29 to $10.  Submitted price match requests same day ( 2 phones ) and received text the requests would be processed in 15 days.  No response or acknowledgment yet.  Has been 12 days

Same here, I even called them and they said they didnโ€™t even have the request. Even my plan I got at 65$ and on Black Friday itโ€™s at 60$ and the guy on the phone said they donโ€™t price match plans but when I bought my phone they gave me a paper with a QR code to scan to price match both the phone and the plan. Also requested the price match on the 29th and gave them a call on the 9th this month.

Hi I received 2 emails last night. One of them confirming they matched the price of the device and the other they denied the price match for the plan.

 

hereโ€™s what they said in the email where it wasnโ€™t approved:

After carefully reviewing your request, we regret to inform you that your

account does not qualify for a rate plan price adjustment due to the minimum contract value.
