Trieng to return and online device.

I am trying to return a purchase which i made online. I have sent several emails and made several phone calls didn't receive any response regarding the label they say 3to5 days or 7to10.

 

But haven't received anything yet..I see in this forum that all the customers are experiencing the same issue and they are being given a run around.
