Is the Smart Hub ZTE MF279T locked to Telus, I purchased it from on line store and trying to return it. I've sent two emails to them within the last three weeks and haven't even received an acknowledgement. I was on chat for a plan and it is not available for it. Can I go to Telus store to get it unlocked if it is locked, It hasn't been activated at all.
