I've been fully activated on everything stream plus offers since the day I signed on, yet I continue to receive an "Action required: Activate your TELUS Films & Series subscription" email every few days. More of a mild annoyance than anything, but still...

Also, just to be sure you're hearing me correctly, it is not the Telus films and TV app itself that is giving problems. The activation went smoothly, it is just these activation reminder emails that I am receiving, for a service that is already active and working just as it should

I am also having the same issue. Keep getting emails that state "you haven't activated TELUS Films & Series".. which is not true. Annoying!

Same issue. Still getting emails and in my Telus account it still thinks it needs to be activated but have had access for at least a few weeks now.

Hi there, I am also having the same issues as everyone here. I'm on Stream+ Premium and was able to activate Netflix/Disney/Amazon Prime but Telus Film and Series remain unactivated and received email to activate.

Also getting the same email reminding me to activate the Telus Films and Series. How do you resolve this?

I am also getting the reminder emails to active Telus films and series. Netflix, Disney plus and prime all activated properly. But when i click activate for Telus films and series on either phone or PC it just loads up Telus streaming TV and nothing happens.
