Cannot activate any subscription for stream+

I can only activate my netflix subscription for stream + but not other ones.

activation link always brings me to an error page

Hi @ryliu - is your My TELUS email the same one you use for your Netflix and Prime?

 I can’t access my subscription management page on my Telus web or app at all.

And yes the emails are the same. I can activate Netflix but not Disney + or prime
